For starters, I'm just gonna come out and say it. Life is hard. It really is. We have so many "speedbumps" on our "roadway", it's sorta ridiculous. I'm not saying that the trials in our life isn't an issue that can't be solved, but is an issue that's difficult to live with. But, one should not feel that his/her life is to depressing to take away. This post is mainly going to be about my dear friend Clifford*
*Names have been changed to protect the identity of the victim*
Clifford* is a amazingly, hilarious, great guy. I've only known him since the summer but I feel like our relationship has been longer. Clifford* also have a great sense of style and will always be seen wearing either a V-neck or a plaid shirt with of course, skinny jeans and his signature glasses. My friend Clifford* is such a happy hufflelump i never would've guessed that the following events would've happen, or even could've happened. But they did.
On August 29th, 2011 my dearest and most beloved by everyone, tried to end his life.
I don't really want to get into how it happened or why he did it(because the details are a bit fuzzy and i wouldn't want to portray the wrong thing), but it happened.
And fortunately, he's healthy and alive, and as of Wednesday back at home. During the time while he was recovering, many of his friends showed their support for him by writing sincere messages on his Facebook, putting his picture as theirs, wearing a yellow ribbon to support him, and even raising money through my friend Shanell's One-Act plays to help him and his family through this "speedbump" .
I have not seen Clifford* since he has arrived home, but i do look forward to it. May God bless him and his family, because let's face it, life is hard.
