Keys Please??
It's every teenager's dream to turn 16 and get their license. I'm not gonna lie I imagined turning 16 and having a brand new car and being so popular and just having it all! When i turned 16 I didn't feel that much different. AND I definitely didn't get my license or a brand new car. Why this is, i have no idea! Okay, okay the whole brand new car thing I can do without, but not having my license?? What is this?! It's not like I'm a horrible driver. But when i say horrible i mean i no longer side wipe cars while lane changing, taking two parking spaces for my suburban, or even get in an almost near-death accident!! I've come a long ways from when i first started about 8 months ago. The reason why i just haven't gone down to the DMV is mainly because i have to have the OK from my mother, and as you can see that hasn't happened yet. =( If i had my license i could just go wherever i needed without having to catch a ride or get my parents to drive me. I'd just get in the car, go to my friends house or the ice cream shoppe around the corner without having to wait till it's a good time for my driver. Having a license is just all around easier for everybody. Mother deary, please let me drive.

let's go D-Backs
I love going to the Diamond Backs game. It's always so much fun no matter if the game was slow or not! And i love going to the Diamond Backs game with a friend. It just makes the whole experience more enjoyable and entertaining to be able to laugh about something that was said or happened during the trip, game, or car ride home. Each time i go to a game i try my best to be ENTHUSIASTIC and get on the huge jumbo-tron! Last game i went with my family and had no posters, flashy high-lighter clothing or anything that made our row astand out. Well the last 10 minutes i was able to get me family on the screen with my crazy insane dance moves! Hahahaha. This time around i decided to make this a little easier on my part. I decided to make posters!! And not just some "GO D-BACKS!!" or "WIN IT FOR DREW" signs, but some gnarely, tubular, stellar ones that was sure to get me on the screen!
Like for example this sign right here was especially made for my favorite player Justin Upton. If you haven't heard of him, LOOK him up! This guy is only like 28 years old and already has such a reputation. Infact, in Chase Field he has his own section to sit in called "uptoWn" hahah get it?? The reason for naming it is because that's mostly where his hits fly to during the game. Actually during the game he had even made 3 home-runs!! Incredible this guy!
That's me and my wonderfully sweet best friend Shanell Davidson and me holding up our posters we had made in the car ride over.
All I'm saying is that it's nice to have someone special there with you to enjoy the experience with =) And i'm so glad that i had such an awesome girl as to Shanell to come with me.
Love and Rockets,

girls just wanna have fun
Why is it that parents don't understand how a 16 year old just wants to go out and hang out with their friends? Why is it that parents these days have a closed view perception about their own kids? When the month of May came around and i could feel the warm, summer air there was nothing more that i wanted at that moment was to get the repetitive finals/essays out of the way and just head to the beach; or in my case my friends house. Well when school kissed goodbye, almost every weekend I had plans that involved parties, swimming, and driving around town. In fact some of my newest and best-est friends I have right now is because i met them this summer. Like when I went to Girls Camp I met Shanell Davidson.Shanell is such a go-getter, which is alot like myself. Another accessory about her is that she LOVES to cook. She made me some mint chocolate chip cupcakes with mint green frosting for when i injured my toe last Sunday and holy cow they were amazing!! She dreams of being a pastry chef, were she can make her famous devils cupcakes:) The whole point of me bringing this up is that i want to hang out with her at least twice a week. As a teenager, sitting at home doing nothing for hours or ever worse days at a time is like seeing a small glimpse of what prison is like. All I'm saying is that summer is the only time to just run around, act crazy, dance your booty off, have food fights, become nocturnal for a while before all the seriousness of homework and junior year comes in. I just want to have as much fun, as much i can have it.

sunnyseason affair
Has anyone ever watched the ultimate summer crush movie and thought to yourself...what a perfect love story. She moves to that small town for the summer, meets the most charming guy there and instantly BOOM!! They're in love. Happily ever after. But that's not at all how i went about my summers' romance. It was more of a accident really. How we met wasn't cause i moved near him but more of moved away from him; to the big city of Gilbert, Arizona. Another was that i already knew him. A friend of a friend, so to speak; and was in a relationship at the time too. Well like all long-term relationships they fade away like the nail polish on your fingertips. How we met too wasn't at some fairy-tale ball, at a rodeo, not even a walk -by at some festival. It was at the most unlikely of places. Facebook. He had sent me a message on accident meaning for it to be delivered to his ex-girlfriend, who had made him break-up with him just a little over a week beforehand. While i replied back he sent the "oops!! sorry wrong person" message; relieving me of any contact. But to my surprise he messaged me back asking how i was doing and what was up. By now you may already sense the foreshadowing that's leading up to the exchanging of phone numbers. You can also tell what's about to happen next. My perfect BOOM! He likes me and I feel the same about him. Finally my summer love! Or is it my summer love? Could this be just a fling? Is it possible that just like the seasonal temperature, he'll also change as well? Just like the song "Something" by The Beatles,..."will his love grow? I don't know, I don't know."
